I use the 1.39 without any of the preset when  I put OOBE to yes there is a mistake message

Yes, I confirm a bug with the French language !

should be solved since version 1.40:

- FIX : "WinReducer Post installation - Add a File" : Error with French language (you need to update to French language file to v1.33 to solve this bug)
