[ANSWERED] Does Winreducer registry integrator actually integrate into wim or startup file

Just curious does Winreducer registry integrator actually integrate registry values into wim or just make a startup file to apply the registry values? I want to know because I plan to make an All-in-One DVD and would prefer the registry values to be actually added in the hive registry file, otherwise I'll have to do it manually one by one..

They are integrated directly in the hives (=into wim) after you click on apply. So saving your changes in a wim file or in an ISO file will definitively saved your registry changes in your wim file.
