Hide Optimizations options if Expert Options NOT selected in PRESETS tab, not working

Hi winter.
I am changing this to the Bugs thread, because if the option is not selected in PRESETS tab, all Optimizations are shown in REMOVER tab.

The most "dangerous" options:
NET Framework Cleanup (Light & Complete)
WinSXS Folder Cleanup (boot.wim & install.wim).

I think the rest of the options do not cause any installation issues, so those could be shown always

by enabling / disabling a preset to show / hide a categorie at the remove tab
