[ANSWERED] Unhandled exception - access to the path WinReducer81\HOME\SOFTWARE\TimeZones.xml is denied

I edited the laptop preset to add some language and then when I try to mount the folder, it gives me the following:



I have tried a few times and it always give me the same result. What's going on?

To edit a preset, you could do like that to avoid troubles :

- Open "OPEN - Tools - Presets Editor"
- "LOAD" your preset
- Edit all settings you want to modify
- "SAVE" in a new file

no.. it didnt work.. why is it looking for timezones.xml?

Try creating a new winreducer folder and execute again. Maybe its a conflict from a previous reduction you performed?
@winter: Should there be a TimeZones.xml file in the SOFTWARE folder?

Yes, this is normal, because it's a file used to index all time zones available on your windows Operating system. Normally it should be deleted automatically.

You could also try this :
Launch winreducer, then exit it immediately after, this should properly cleans everything
