Hi winter,

Control Panel - Taskbar and Start Menu (Files) 

is breaking the Settings app at


Settings App -> Personilize .> Taskbar

under "Norification area" the Turn "System icon on or off"

when clicking "System icon on or off" the app just closes

ok for the 

Control Panel - Taskbar and Start Menu (Files) 


the registry keys can be removed but it would need to keep


\Windows\System32\taskbarcpl.dll
\Windows\System32\de-DE\taskbarcpl.dll.mui

and since those are the only 2 files in this components i think it shoul dbe kept as is. But maybe a warning should be added that it breaks this option
