Build 11082 is currently delivered with the quantity indicated on the following list known issues:

Language Packs and related functions can not be installed. Microsoft is working on a remedy.
When copying, deleting and moving files no progress dialog appears. The transfer is expected but work without problems.
With this build some applications are reset to the default settings. Music & Video is played back after the update, for example, with the Windows Media Player.

you need to convert it first with the "wim converter" into an .wim file, after that you can use winreducer
