'ALT + TAB" remove ALT + TAB function or just the ALT + TAB screen ?

Hello,

That's an excellent question, because Alt-Tab function in an internal command, so it's not possible to completely remove it.

In fact, this WinReducer components only removes the Windows 8.1 Graphical User Interface ! It will be described in the next language "Tips" Update ... Very Happy
